The Lithops aucampiae C395 cv. Jackson’s Jade has a yellow-green color. Irregular dark patterns are visible on top of its leaves. The flowering period of this Lithops is in the autumn. Large bright yellow flowers then grow between its leaves.

Lithops species flower in autumn with white or yellow flowers that emerge from the stones. Once a year, the stones shed their leaves. The outer part detaches, and a new plant grows from the center. The new living stones eventually become larger than the previous ones. So don't be alarmed if suddenly the stone splits open and a new stone emerges. They grow in sandy soil there and are often difficult to find. This is because Lithops species often retract largely into the sand during dry periods, leaving only the top of the two leaves visible.
