The Crassula Pastel, also called Crassula Tom Thumb variegata, is a beautiful and special Crassula species. The Crassula Tom Thumb originated from a cross between the Crassula rupestris subs. rupestris and the Crassula rupestris subs. marnieriana. This resulted in small plants with compact leaves.

In this variegata variant of the Crassula Tom Thumb, the edges of the leaves have a beautiful white-yellow color. The middle part of the leaf has a green color. When this Crassula Pastel is given a nice sunny spot, a beautiful pink glow becomes visible over the white-yellow parts of its leaves.

The Crassula Pastel is a small and compact plant. It eventually forms a small shrub 15 cm high. The Crassula Pastel is not easy to get into flowering. She usually does this in the spring for us. A light and sunny place in winter can help this succulent to bloom. The flowers of the Crassula Pastel are white in color and grow in small bunches on top of the plant.
