The Senecio articulatus variegata is a rare and special succulent species. While the normal Senecio articulatus is already an eye-catcher, this variegata variant is absolutely so.

The Senecio articulatus variegata produces small stems up to a height of 10 cm. Then the stem branches at the top and a new one grows. This way you get small shrubs up to a height of 50 cm. The trunks have a green-gray color. A pattern of wavy stripes is also visible on the trunks. The leaves of the Senecio articulatus variegata grow from the sides and tops of the trunks. These usually only grow on the upper trunks. In this variegata variant, parts of the trunks sometimes have a yellow pattern and the leaves are colored. These can be dark pink to light yellow in color.

The Senecio articulatus variegata will bloom in our country at the end of summer and in autumn. Its white flowers grow from the head of the plant on a small stem.
