Information

The Aloe jacunda is a beautiful and compact succulent. In the wild, this aloe is found only in one location: the Ga'an Libah mountain range in Somalia. Here, it grows in dry areas on slopes, often sheltered by other vegetation.

The Aloe jacunda produces beautiful, fleshy, thin leaves. This succulent can store a lot of water in them, helping it survive long dry spells. The leaves are a bright green color. Light green spines grow along the edges of the leaves. Light green patterns are also visible on the leaves. All this gives the Aloe jacunda its unique appearance.

The Aloe jacunda is a compact succulent that often grows no larger than 12 cm in diameter. It does, however, produce numerous new side shoots. Over time, this creates a beautiful cluster of these succulents.

The Aloe jacunda blooms in spring. A long flower stalk grows between the upper leaves, producing numerous orange-pink, bell-shaped flowers.
