The Echeveria Sunset peony variegata is a rare succulent that you don’t come across often. Its striking color combination makes it a real eye-catcher.

The Echeveria Sunset peony variegata forms compact rosettes that resemble little peonies. Its fleshy, rounded leaves grow upward. What makes this succulent special is its color. The leaves have a creamy yellow sheen that fades to yellow toward the edges. The margins are delicately marked in shades of red or pink. This beautiful combination gives the plant its name and is reminiscent of a sunset. The yellow coloration occurs because there is little chlorophyll in those areas.

When the succulent gets plenty of sunlight, red tones appear across the entire leaf. This makes the plant even more beautiful and colorful. The intensity of the colors varies depending on the season and growing conditions.

This Echeveria blooms in spring. A long flower stalk grows between the upper leaves, bearing numerous orange, bell-shaped flowers.
