Information

Euphorbia neriifolia variegata is a remarkable plant. You won’t find this variegated form in the wild. It was developed by breeding plants whose stems and leaves lack chlorophyll in certain areas. The original species comes from Central India, Orissa, and South India, where it is widespread.

Euphorbia neriifolia variegata is a fast-growing plant with a striking appearance. Its stems have a crested shape, a phenomenon known as fasciation. This causes them to grow into fan-like forms rather than upright stems, giving this Euphorbia a very unique, sculptural shape.

What makes this variegated form special is its color. The stems and leaves are beautifully striped with bright yellow. This yellow-green combination makes the plant highly decorative. The spurge has short, sharp, dark brown spines that stand out clearly against its colorful foliage.

Euphorbia neriifolia variegata grows very quickly and can reach 2 to 3 meters or more. Older specimens develop bark-like growth on their older stems. The plant is easy to care for and tolerates neglect well, making it perfect for anyone who wants a spectacular plant with minimal care.
