Information

The Euphorbia pseudoglobosa variegata is a unique, small-growing Euphorbia that doesn't occur naturally, but was developed through cultivation. The basic species is native to the Western Cape of South Africa, where it can be found growing among rocks and stones.

This variegated variety boasts a striking combination of bright green and yellow. Where chloroplasts are absent, a beautiful yellow pattern develops, creating a stark contrast with the green. This gives the plant its unique appearance.

The Euphorbia pseudoglobosa forms a small main stem from which numerous side shoots grow. While the main stem often has an elongated shape, the side shoots are more rounded. Together, they create a compact and playful shape.

Once the plant is settled, it blooms in spring and autumn. Small, yellow flowers appear on the side shoots.
