De Gymnocalycium mihanovichii 'Koi' is een prachtige gekleurde cactus. Deze Koi hybride zijn veredeled en geselecteerd om hun prachtige intens gele, oranje of roze tot rozepaarse kleuren. De gekleurde delen van deze cactus hebben weinig tot geen bladgroen korels. Hierom ontstaan de gekleurde patronene. Elke cactus heeft haar eigen kleurpatroon en is uniek.
