New in our assortment, baby Hoya plants. They are the outsiders in our cactus and succulent assortment. We already had the Hoya kerri and the Hoya Carnosa compact. So they now have a few friends.

The Hoya carnosa Flamingo Dream is a beautiful Hoya species. It makes thick elongated leaves with a pointed end. The edges of its leaves do not have chloroplasts. This is why they have a creamy white color. The newly grown leaves have a beautiful pink color. This is why this variety is called the Flamingo Dream. When the leaves get older, they color back to their creamy yellow and green color. The leaves grow on sturdy stems, also called tendrils.

When the Hoya carnosa Flamingo Dream is happy with you, it can start blooming in the winter and early spring. From its stems between the leaves grow its light pink flowers. Its flowers produce a light sweet vanilla scent.
