Information

The Rhipsalis pachyptera is a beautiful cactus species. In nature it occurs in Brazil and grows as an epiphyte on tree bark and side branches of other plants.

The leaves of this rubra variety get a beautiful pink-brown glow from the sunlight.

In spring and autumn they can start to flower. Many creamy white flowers appear along their stems.

Note: the pot consists of a number of potted rooted leaf stems. The root ball is held together by a root net.
