The Euphorbia flanaganii cristate is a unique plant. The common Euphorbia flanaganii is a bright green plant that grows naturally in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. This plant has a rounded central stem from which many thin side branches emerge. This cristate form doesn't grow like this. It produces thin combs that grow in an undulating pattern, resembling a coral ball. The combs grow in random patterns, making each plant unique in shape.
