Information

The Peperomia columella is a special plant that occurs naturally in Peru. Here this Peperomia grows on rock slopes up to an altitude of 1600 meters.

The Peperomia columella is a fine and small succulent plant species. She produces small trunks up to 20 cm high from which her leaves grow. The leaves have a fresh green color and grow densely packed from the stem. They are shaped like a horse's hoof. The side that points out is green in color but also transparent. This allows sunlight to enter the leaves for photosynthesis.

Peperomia columella often makes several side branches from the side. This way, over time, you will get a beautiful bush shape. Our Peperomia columella usually blooms in the fall. A thin stem grows from the head of the plant, which then turns yellow. This is the flower of the Peperomia columella.
