The Crassula Buddha Temple is a beautiful symmetrical Crassula hybrid. The Crassula Buddha Temple is dark green in color with light edges along its leaves. If you look very closely, you can see all kinds of very small transparent hairs on it.

The Crassula Buddha Temple does not occur in nature. It is a cross between the Crassula Perfoliata var. Falcata and the Crassula Pyramidalis. Myron Kimnach made this cross in 1959. Later this cross was called Buddha's Temple because of its shape.

It is a very slow growing Crassula species. Large plants of the Crassula Buddha Temple are therefore a rarity. It doesn't happen often, but the Crassula Buddha Temple can bloom. The head of the plant then turns into a cluster with many white-pink flowers.

Although the Crassula Buddha Temple does not bloom often, the plant itself is a real eye-catcher due to its appearance.
