The Mammillaria nivosa is a beautiful cactus species. In nature, this cactus occurs on a large number of Caribbean islands. Here this cactus grows on lime-sand plains and rocks.

The Mammillaria nivosa has a beautiful appearance due to its beautiful combination of colors. It has a green to dark brown color. She has many protruding tubercles from which her beautiful golden yellow spines grow. White wool grows between the tubercles.
