Information

The sedum multiceps is a beautiful sedum species. In nature, the sedum multiceps occurs in Algeria. Here this sedum grows in dry areas between rocks and small stones. The sedum multiceps has a unique growth habit that makes the plants real eye-catchers. These sedum multiceps are often also used to create beautiful bonsai shapes.

Young plants of the sedum multiceps first have a small trunk with thin gray-green leaves attached to it. The leaves fall off the stem and it becomes woody. Only then does the plant really take on its beautiful shape. The trunks regularly branch out from the sides and a small spherical shape of thin leaves grows on top. The sedum multiceps eventually grows into small shrubs of 15-20 high and wide.
