The Selenicereus grandiflorus is a well-known and special cactus species. In nature, this cactus grows in Mexico, the Antilles, and Central America.

The Selenicereus grandiflorus is a climbing cactus. Its stems can grow many meters long, are dark green, and have many transparent small spines. Our cacti have a natural bamboo frame for them to grow in. In nature, you often see this cactus climbing along trees, rock formations, and shrubs.

This cactus earned the nickname "Queen of the Night" due to its magnificent large, intensely white flowers. These open at night and often bloom for only one night. In the morning, they wilt again. The flowers are a true spectacle, worth staying up for to see them open.

This cactus is very fragile, but because it is sought after and has a beautiful appearance, we still want to offer it. We pack these cacti as carefully as possible. However, it can happen that some stems break during transport. Please consider this when purchasing this plant. Detached cuttings can be repotted after approximately 2 weeks of drying. They will then continue to grow from spring onwards.
